Get to know the penthouse
Based on the expertise and vision of architects Eric Kuster and Erik Knops, a preliminary design was created to visualize the possibilities and create an oasis of luxury in the dynamic energy of the Zuidas. In this penthouse luxury and comfort are being brought together to provide a fantastic living experience.
Central location

The Zuidas is the perfect location to combine living comfort with daily conveniences. There is a wide range of culinary options, a high-end gym is located nearby and several supermarkets are within easy reach. The ‘New Amsterdam’ building has an underground parking garage including 2 registered parking spaces. In addition, the building has 24/7 security and has a central reception with concierge.
Floorplan
Although the penthouse is currently still in a shell state, there are custom-made plans by well-known Dutch architects to get the most out of this space. This means that within 500 square meters two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an office, a kitchen, dining, lounge, gym and wellness can be created.
